I hired Sam to check one of my rooms which had many electrical sockets (room was used as an office by the previous owner). I like that he gave me options of what can be done and also the costs involved. I ended up replacing them all and having new and safer sockets. Also , he cleans up before he finishes which is a bonus. Highly recommended.
